Hola mon amis.
My dear sweet cousin Mary is due her second baby today. But its not here yet. Ill let you know when it is though because that will be very exciting :oD
It rained A LOT today. I mean, like, actually A LOT. My dark denim jeans became several shades darker, I could actually ring out my hair, and my mascara ran down my face so i looked like one of those horses with the black and white stripes. Neigh.
Me and Will played on the Wiiii and I am not good at golf. And I have a tendancy to throw the bowling ball backwards, causing all the little virtual no-legged- people to do the macarena... Willikins gave me three freddos :o) Good on yer lad. And we went to get subwayssss in the downpour. Tried to run but failed miserably. Had nice talks and all in all twas quite nice :o)
Christian Union today we talked about SEX AND RELATIONSHIPS. Always good fun. Hannah said 'I'm well up for it.' She didn't realise what she had said which made it all the funnier.
Continuing the non chronological order of this evening post, last night I was asleep. There I was, snoozy snooze. And then Emily was screaming as if being attacked by a mad man with an axe. Which made me scream. Like a proper horror movie scream, I jumped out of bed and put the light on and ran out of the room. Dad said 'what's happened?!' I said 'There's a spider!' Dad said 'Oh for goodness sake.' He's caring and lovely.
Emily, now awake but dazed said 'No there isn't you fool.' Turns out that there wasn't a spider, that bit was just a dream, but when emily started screaming (she didnt know she was screaming) my dream had produced an imaginary tarantula that was going to eat me. Isla was all wide eyed and pouncy like she was psyching herself up to combat all evil. If hiding under the bed is how you do that. Good job I don't employ her to be a Guard Cat because I would have to sack her. Emily was quite amazed that she had managed to produce quite such an impressive scream in her sleep, as she can't do it when she's awake. Remarkable really seeing as she is not exactly known for her quiet, reserved character.
This morning I thought I would have a bit of fun re-enacting the scenario, so I went down stairs and screamed in mums face. She said 'That's not funny Bethany. We were very scared.' I said 'Why?' She said 'We thought you were being attacked by a mad man with an axe.'
She watches too much silent witness etc. Mutti has now informed me that her and the Vati were downstairs watching some scary murder thing, when they did the shot of a body all bloody and dead and stuff, which was exactly the point when Emily had her stupid screaming fit. Well timed that woman.
Sam wasn't in college today. He said it was because he was ill. However I think it was probably because it was raining. And also because he has a new found passion for baking fruit cakes. yummy yum yum.
Mutti and Vati have just got back from the 'new and improved Sainsbury's store.' There are rumours of a trolley escalator. That's cool right?
Shutting up now. I hope you have all had a lovely day. I have. Minus the rain. soggy planet.
Love x
